1. Return Period

We offer:

14-day return period for returns due to size issues or change of mind.

30-day return period for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

The return period begins from the date the goods are marked as delivered by the shipping company.

Return requests outside this timeframe will not be accepted.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your product must:

Show no signs of use and must not have been washed.

Be in its original packaging with all labels intact.

Show no perfume stains, deodorant marks, makeup stains, pet hair, or any visible signs of wear and tear.

Must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

4. Return Shipping Cost Responsibility

If the return is due to our fault (wrong product, defective, or damaged), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

For returns due to incorrect size selection or a change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Return Fee

For returns due to incorrect size selection or a change of mind, a 10% return fee may apply.

This fee covers the cost of inspection, processing, and return shipping.

9. European Union – 14-Day Review Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
